Alex Normore (born October 6, 1992) was the first St. Francis Xavier women's ice hockey player to be named the CIS rookie of the year. This honour was bestowed upon her at the end of the 2010-11 season. She beat out McGill's Katia Clément-Heydra, Laura Brooker from Wilfrid Laurier and Jenna Smith of Calgary for the honour.
