Synopsis
  • The Guardian reveals to Superman and Batman the origin of the Manhunters. They were the original android corps of intergalactic evil-fighters, before the establishment of the Green Lantern Corps. Meanwhile, Mark Shaw, the Earth Manhunter, again attacks Green Lantern, Green Arrow, and Black Canary on Earth, while the Grandmaster traps Wonder Woman and Flash aboard the Justice League's satellite. The Justice League manages to defeat and change places with the Manhunter agents and so uncover their secret headquarters. When Shaw learns the truth about the organization, which had turned to evil centuries earlier, following an unsuccessful revolt against the Guardians, he changes sides and aids the Justice League against his former masters.
