| abstract | - The Chikai Star, also known as the Chief Star of Earth, is one of the 108 Stars of Destiny. Lots of Chikai Stars are Secondary Strategists. They are the apprentice and the assistant of the Tenki Star. They are either second in command or the vice strategist. The original Chikai Star, from the novel Water Margin, was Zhu Wu, also known as Resourceful Strategist. Like his counterparts from the games, he is a secondary strategist, being the chief strategist of the bandits of Mount Shaohua before joining the larger band at Liangshan. In the novel he is always associated with his fellow bandit leaders Yang Chun and Chen Da. Their early story bears some resemblance to portion of Suikoden involving the capture and release of Varkas and Sydonia in Rockland.
