  • Amy Harrison is a woman who appeared in After Hours (episode). Although she had a fairly clean record, she had been arrested and sent to Juvenile Hall due to being caught with marijuana in her locker (which had actually belonged to someone else, but she took the heat because she wasn't willing to reveal who it belonged to). During her stay at Juvie Hall, however, she was relentlessly and repeatedly raped by one of the prison guards at the facility, Mitchell Grafton. Afterwards, her records were sealed, and she eventually worked at a charity outreach group, she met with and befriended Naval Petty Officer Second Class James Muldoon, with her eventually admitting that he was the one man she trusted ever since Juvie Hall. Eventually, she admitted to her being a rape victim to Muldoon, who had feelings for her. While getting gas, her past came back to haunt her when she saw Mitchell Grafton nearby. She then tried to flee, only he had noticed her and pursued her and tried to attack her. Eventually, her instincts took over and caused her to shoot the man in self defense with a revolver, only managing to bring him down for the count on the third shot. She then contacted Muldoon, and then at either Muldoon or Harrison's suggestion, Muldoon would take credit for the shooting to ensure she doesn't go to jail again for what happened. Although it initially worked, conflicting details with the official story eventually began to emerge among the NCIS Major Case Response Team's members, starting with Leroy Jethro Gibbs (who was the first to become suspicious of the story when noticing the sheath of the alleged knife Grafton used on her to assault her didn't have any blood on it). Amy then eventually admitted what really happened (although she also mentioned that even she doesn't remember exactly what happened between her fleeing Grafton and her killing him). NCIS, after confirming this with Muldoon, then decided to close the case claiming that Amy killed Grafton in self-defense, provided that she and Muldoon were telling the truth this time around.
