He wanders away, and the player continues to Clude Town. He enters Geodude Caverns, where he sees Jessie, James and Meowth, challenging the player to a battle. After losing and "blasting off again", the same man that was seen on the path to Clude Town. He finds out it is part of Team Tsunami, a force made to take over Pokémon and duplicate them as work machines. The man, named Janmen, challenges the player to a battle. With the battle won, the rival comes and fights Janmen, with healed Pokémon, as the player escapes. The player quickly gets his 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Gym Badge, as with various Rival fights, but no sights from Team Tsunami. As the player gets his/her 5th Gym Badge, when he/she hears Team Tsunami is wreaking havoc in the Route 14 Mine , but once the player reaches the mine, Team Tsunami was gone. The player continues until Hinderfall City, where he gets news that Team Tsunami has reached the Route 20 Construction Site, and have captured the workers and the Pokémon. The site leads to the Route 14 Mine, where they once again see Janmen again. The rival battles, too, making it a Double Battle, with Janmen with a Team Tsunami Admin. After being defeated Janmen leads the player to the Loam Lab, as another battle continues, as they are once again lead to the Team Rocket Tower, when Team Rocket (Jessie, James, Meowth) appears, but once defeated, the tower falls apart, as the player evacuates. After getting his/her final badge, he heads to the Pokémon League, interuptted by once again Team Tsunami, and knocks the player out. The player wakes up to find it is in the HQ of Team Tsunami, as the final battle between Janmen begins, after the battle, the player heads down to find the rival, finding that it will use the Great Pokémon of Universio to get every Pokémon of every trainers and force it to make the machine Pokémon. It heads down to the The Legend Cave, where it finds Dimensonala(3D) and Pixelatue(2D), and battles and/or catches it, and once again battles Janmenm but interuptted by Jessie, James and, Meowth, which battle, and blast off again. Janmen, also blasts off, but hits the wall. He officialy disbands Team Tsunami. The player escapes and and heads to the Pokémon League, and defeats all Elite 4. The rival reaches the player just as he/she was going to begin to battle the champion, Mindula , and allows the player to battle first. After defeating the champion, the player is inducted to the Hall of Fame, and ends the game.
