  • Cuddle Bunny and Timothy Twitch were good friends, with Cuddle Bunny writing Twitch into all of his books. However, at some point, fame presumably went to Twitch's head and he formed his own spin-off series. Things went well until Twitch was diagnosed with a rare skin disease. With the vets powerless to do anything, Twitch's hair (except for his whiskers) fell out. Twitch tried to appear normal by wearing a toupée, but his career in children's books was soon over. After ten years, Twitch grew bitter and wanted a share in his former friend's fortune. Learning that Cuddle Bunny had been missing for ten years, Twitch hired Mick C McTosis to claim the rabbit's head. Whoever wears the hat becomes the rightful heir to the fortune and, according to Twitch, "all blue hatted rabbits look alike to most people". The pair visited Castle Frank N. Stein, where Cuddle Bunny was last seen. Twitch hid in McTosis' sporran for most of the visit, waiting for his associate to steal Cuddle Bunny's hat from Professor Frank N. Stein. After a while, Twitch grew restless and emerged from the pouch, explaining the situation to Cuddle Bunny. The hamster launched into action, biting Chuck D. Head's finger and distracting him long enough for McTosis to pull Chuck's "trussocks aroon' [his] ears". However, Twitch was dismayed when Chuck threw Head (wearing the hat) into the fire, turning the headwear to ashes. With no way of claiming the fortune, Twitch left the castle unable to pay McTosis.
