When dealing with wounds, this technique's utilisation is simple and straight forward, but complications only arise when the poison is inhaled. When faced with this situation, the user has to be very, very careful with the distribution of his chakra. Flowing his blood out through his mouth, the blood carries out the dangerous toxic particles from the mouth together with blood. One's chakra control has to be extremely precise and skilful to manipulate the blood/chakra flow to eliminate foreign contaminants. Misuse might lead to blood loss or improper elimination of the poison.
