rdfs:comment
  • Madame Clairvoya is a ghost that appears in Luigi's Mansion. She is the only ghost that Luigi befriends in the game, and is a fortuneteller who can see only so far into the future. She resides in the Fortune Teller's Room. Every time Luigi gives her one of Mario's five dropped items, she will tell Luigi a little bit of the future. After she has been given all of Mario's items, she will let Luigi catch her. In her last fortune that she tells, she is surprised to see that Bowser is still alive. The most likely explanation is that she didn't know that Bowser had survived being dropped into lava in Super Mario Bros., since she could have been first turned into a painting right after that time.
  • To capture Madame Clairvoya, Luigi must bring his five items he finds within his search through the mansion. These items are Mario's Shoe, Mario's Glove, Mario's Cap, Mario's Letter and Mario's Star. After each item she will talk about the item, and what she sees in her crystal ball. After this, she predicts the "evil arrival of Bowser", who is actually King Boo. Madame Clairvoya explains how she is afraid of Bowser and wants to be a portrait ghost again. She blocks the doors, and willingly exposes her heart to Luigi. He then sucks her up with the Poltergust 3000 and she is returned to her portrait.
