Daljy, also known as E'jy, is a city containing five altars, located in the Western Realms. It's known for their mysterious race known as the Nerntuziu, cousins of the well known Noctrazians. Unlike the Noctrazians, the Nerntuziu are closed off and are usually are the Gielinorian equivalent of Switzerland.
