| abstract | - The Unlucky Sailor is a character from The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons. He is, as his name implies, a Piratian that is extremely unlucky. He is found on the second floor of the House of Pirates in Subrosia. During the course of the game, he has little bearing on the plot and simply serves as a generic Piratian. After the Piratians escape from Subrosia, however, he is left behind. If a linked version of The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages is played, a girl can be found south of Lynna Village in the past. She mentions the Unlucky Sailor and asks Link to tell him a message. If the message is passed on to the Unlucky Sailor, he tells Link to come back with exactly 777 Ore Chunks. Once this task is completed, he allows Link to carry more bombs. He also tells him a secret that allows him to carry more bombs in Oracle of Ages as well.
