This technique, like its constituent Lightning Release Chakra Mode and Water Release variant, gives Shikizaki huge speed boosts as well as the versatility of water. This renders the user almost impossible to engage in Taijutsu combat, as even the slightest touch can create third degree burns on the enemy's body, or even obliterate them. The user may even freely direct the Lasers forming the armour to target the enemy, literally incinerating them from point blank range. This technique's weakness is that any object, such as Kunai, striking the user would be heated up to an extreme extent, damaging the user severely, though lasers can be used to deflect it.
