Mark effectively ceased to exist in 1994, when he transformed permanently into the Radical, an extremely powerful combination of all his superpowered identities. Unfortunately, the Radical is a violent, almost insane extremist. Mark Meadows existed as a submerged personality within the Radical and was eventually able to reassert himself.
