  • St Paul's Cathedral is an Anglican cathedral and the seat of the Bishop of London. The present church, designed by Sir Christopher Wren, was completed in 1708 and built on the site of the original cathedral, which was destroyed in the Great Fire of 1666. The church has since become one of the most famous sights in London and is recognised as one of Wren's greatest architectural achievements.
  • A prominent landmark, it was visible from the apartment of Thomas and Rima Harewood. (Star Trek Into Darkness)
  • St Paul's Cathedral was turned into a military court upon the occupation of Britain by the Volgan Republic of Asia in 1999. Lady Shirley Brown was executed upon the steps of St Paul's.
  • In 1561, the Silence built a time capsule disguised as a tower of the Cathedral, which the Eleventh Doctor and River Song stole and used to batter through a time lock in London in 2106. (GAME: The Eternity Clock) During a visit to London in February 1814 with the First Doctor, Vicki Pallister noticed the dome of St Paul's Cathedral and mentioned that the cathedral still stood in the 25th century, having survived World War I, World War II, World War III, World War IV and the 22nd century Dalek invasion. (AUDIO: Frostfire)

(AUDIO: Frostfire) In the late 1960s, Cybermen invaded Earth close to the St Paul's Cathedral. The Second Doctor was snatched up by UNIT to help them fight the Cybermen. (TV: The Invasion) St Paul's Cathedral was tagged by graffiti artist Monos. (COMIC: Sticks and Stones) During a tour of London, the Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond and Rory Williams visited St Paul's Cathedral, where they got thrown out of the Whispering Gallery for shouting. (PROSE: Magic of the Angels) After the death of Danny Pink, the TARDIS took the Twelfth Doctor and Clara Oswald to the base of 3W. The telepathic controls deducted that this would be the place where Clara and Danny would next meet. It was revealed that the base was filled with tombs containing dozens of Cybermen. Upon exiting, the Doctor realised that it was actually St Paul's Cathedral. (TV: Dark Water) The Twelfth Doctor noted to Kate Stewart that the cathedral was bigger on the inside thanks to dimensional engineering. They, along with UNIT soldiers, watched as the roof was lifted and let various Cybermen escape from their tombs inside it. (TV: Death in Heaven) In 3550 a sentient computer called Mar-Kom, which had been installed in St Paul's Cathedral, ruled New Britain until it was defeated by the Third Doctor. (COMIC: The Eternal Present) At some point in the "near" future, St. Paul's was ravaged along with the rest of London. (COMIC: The Child of Time)
