| abstract | - Scur was a Zexx Jedi Knight during the waning days of the Galactic Republic, but fell to the Dark Side sometime before Order 66. The details of his survival are not known. In 16 ABY, he joined the Scautus Order under General Enscu. He also befriended the Ranth Dark Jedi Rakka. He was sent on several missions by Enscu, who was actually under the control of the Covallon Kratyn vuv Enerkerraz. The most notable of those missions was the trip to the planet Baehorde, with Rakka and the Verpine Dark Jedi, Volu Crix'ls, in the Augur. Their task was to acquire the lost treasure of the pirate Whit Solomon, who was rumored to have been buried on Baehorde. Upon their arrival, they met unexpected resistance from Arlan Hale, Eric Noble, Tieradeff Jaggeron, Yerrix, Sar'Preyvor, Shan Tslav, and Rethe Frettan. Scur fought with Shan Tslav especially and developed a bitter enmity with her that would last him the rest of his life. Ultimately, the mission was a marginal success, since they were able to collect some of Solomon's treasure, even though their opponents escaped. Later, after they had returned to Kuras IV, Scur was sent with Rakka to accompany the prisoner Emma Zacharias, since Enscu knew that she would be a prime target for Kurasian raiding parties. The mission was a trap for the raiders. Scur trapped the boarders, among whom was Shan Tslav. Scur taunted the Xen'Chi Chosen before addressing Arlan Hale, who now embodied Solomon himself. Upon learning that Solomon was alive, Scur became furious. Considering himself now a thief, he swore vengeance on Enscu for making him so and departed with Rakka in the Wayfarer. During the Third Battle of Kuras IV, Scur and Rakka boarded the Nomad. Scur left Rakka to prepare the Augur and headed for the bridge to confront Enscu. However, Shan Tslav and Sar'Preyvor intercepted him. They dueled. Scur was able to knock Preyvor unconscious, but he was not able to defeat Tslav. In spite of his superior strength, she killed him by impaling his skull with her srraka blade.
