| Text | - Determined to uproot Sith magic from Onderon, Jedi Master Arca orders the sarcophagi of Queen Amanoa and dark Jedi Freedon Nadd removed to the Dxun moon.
But the followers of Freedon Nadd launch and unexpected attack from beneath the miles-deep city of Iziz. During the assault, Master Arca is felled by a blow of dark Force – allowing the Naddists to succeed in capturing the royal sarcophagi.
As he recovers, Arca learns from Queen Galia that her father King Ommin is being kept alive in a secret life-support facility. Suspicious, Arca visits the dying old man with Galia and Jedi Knight Ulic Qel-Droma at his side. There, Arca’s suspicions are confirmed when the spirit-avatar of long dead Freedon Nadd appears – Ommin is his follower! The crippled old King lashes out at Arca with blistering bolts of dark side energy, subduing the Jedi Master!
Ulic Qel-Droma tries valiantly to stop King Ommin from capturing Arca when Warb Null, a dark Jedi warrior, intervenes. Ulic narrowly defeats Null in a deadly lightsaber duel, but not before Ommin escapes with Master Arca as his prisoner. Realizing that he and his fellow Jedi are outmatched by the Naddists, Ulic calls for assistance from the Galactic Republic and the coalition of Jedi Knights.
