He also become a father he had two lovers from Konohagure and one lover from Kumogakure. Both lovers from village hidden in the leaf are from Hyuga clan and Uchiha clan and both have kids, one is a girl and the other is a boy, they never meet their father only just heard rumors about him. The lover from the Hyuga clan she was in the ANBU and when she was trying to protect him she was killed.
