*This issue was planned for release in a 2009 Comic Pack featuring "Arctic" versions of Scarlett and Cobra Commander. The Comic Pack was cancelled, and so far, the issue has not been released in any form.
Only two pages of the issue have been revealed, plus a sneak peek of another page that is missing text. Judging by those pages, the story involves Cobra Commander in an arctic Terror Drome, when Joe forces attack. Cobra Commander bolts for escape in a Firebat, but Scarlett chases him and gets trapped in some rubble.
