It differed from other Jeeps used by the park in that it lacked a safety bar/roll cage in case of turnovers and it also lacked a roof. During the Tyrannosaurus rex escape, the vehicle's top as well as windshield were damaged by a low-hanging branch. It was later used by all of the surviving visitors to escape from Jurassic Park. It is most likley still in Jurassic Park.
