  • A round of battle in Fire Emblem is made up of one or more Attack Sets, which are performed consecutively. In the following, the character which started the battle is referred to as the Initiator and the character being attacked is referred to as the Victim. If it passes, the Initiator performs an Attack Set against the Victim. * Victim Attack: Victim takes an Attack Check. If it passes, the Victim performs an Attack Set against the Initiator. * Repeated Attack: The possibility of either the Initiator or the Victim making a Repeated Attack is checked for. If one of them qualifies, they take an Attack Check. If it passes, the character performs an Attack Set against its opponent. * Concluding Skill Check: Any skills which take effect at the end of a battle, such as Counter, are checked. * Round End
