Ypu would successfully evade the gaze of the New Jedi Order for decades, interacting with various seedy organizations along the way. Through his efforts, Ypu would form a network of shadowy informants and operatives with which to accomplish his imperative; legitimatizing his Darth title and de-throning the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi along with them.
