(TV: Planet of Fire) Several Time Lords are killed by the TCE in the storyline; notably, none of them are seen to regenerate. However, it is still unknown whether the TCE can actually defeat the regenerative process. According the Sally Armstrong, it usually compressed people by a factor of 10.
