| abstract | - Carmen Sheila is a Brazilian voice actress. She is one of the most versatile voice actress in Brazil and one who's been on the business for about 30 years. She is mostly known for playing the role of annoying little girls like Dee Dee from Dexter's Laboratory, Skeeter on Muppet Babies, Elmyra on Tiny Toons, Tootie on Fairly Oddparents and many other cartoon girls we all wanted to stab one time or another. But her most famous cartoon role is undoubtedly Cheetara from Thundercats, from which she's appraised to this day. She used her natural (and really beautiful) voice on the character, which is brutally different from the voice she uses on the annoying little girls. Coincidentally or not, she also played Steelheart on Silverhawks, a cartoon made by the same creator of Thundercats. She also played many roles in many movies and tv series, and is a voice director today. Believe us when we say she is a Goddess of voice acting in Brazil, because she really is! Do not question her will!!!
