- Rashiliyia is an antagonist NPC in the Shilo Village quest. She was a great sorceress and a queen who ruled with King Danthalas. Much of her legend is told in Tattered Scroll and Crumpled Scroll. After his son Bervirius died in a battle she swore fealty to Zamorak and started killing for revenge of her sons life. She was later renamed the queen of the dead. According to a legend told by Trufitus she destroyed the temple of Ah Za Roon because its builder, priest Zadimus, did not return her affections. Later on, Zadimus' spirit tells that Rashiliyia tortured and eventually hanged him in Ah Za Roon.

Later on, Zadimus' spirit tells that Rashiliyia tortured and eventually hanged him in Ah Za Roon. In the quest she targets Karamja with the Undead. However, the villagers are able to confine most of the UndeadOnes to Shilo Village. Her remains are in Rashiliyia's Tomb east of Ship yard and Tai Bwo Wannai. In the final part of the Shilo Village quest her Nazastarool minions are fought inside the tomb and the corpse is taken to the to her son's grave. Burying Rashiliya Corpse in the Tomb of Bervirius will give her spirit a rest and it will end the Shilo Village quest.
