Whether the One Realm can be accessed to in the Nexus is also unknown. It is possible that the realms' original appearance can be distorted or changed completely during such a fusion. The One Realm can be fused with other dimensions and/or beings, as was the case in the secret ending of Onaga. Ironically, Onaga used the Kamidogu to do the exact thing the Elder Gods feared in the end - the realms becoming whole and the One Being coming back. The only known case of the creation of the One Realm was in Onaga's secret ending in Deception. Towards the end of the opening scene of Deception, Shujinko narrates "Now Onaga has what he needs to shape the realms as he sees fit" referring to his plans of creating a realm in his image. However, this is non-canon to the Mortal Kombat plot. After Shujinko destroyed the six Kamidogu in his quest, he made it impossible for such a thing to ever happen.
