Some asshole thought it would be a good idea to put the new WWE Universal Championship on Owens. Since Owens has been the WWE Universal Champion, RAW has gotten its lowest ratings of all time. However, Owens managed to outdo even that, as RAW has more recently done the lowest ratings of ANY pro wrestling/sports entertainment show on Monday night EVER. That includes Monday Nitro as well as the old Prime Time Wrestling show. It seems that WWE are determined to get that RAW rating down to a 1.0 or lower, and if anyone can do that, it's Kevin Owens.
