  • The "Fagin" is a villain type characterized by his or her tendency to have children commit crimes for them - often abusing the children or taking advantage of them in some manner, it is named after Fagin from Oliver Twist however many characters in this style are far more malicious than Fagin himself, who was a more morally dubious individual than an outright villain (in contrast to Bill Sykes - who also briefly played the part of a "Fagin" when he forced Oliver to help in his crimes).
