Desired Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years experience supporting MS SQL Server database in an Educational environment. * Comprehensive understanding of relational database theory and management systems. * MS SQL Server Certification. * Experience with Independent School non-profit systems (Blackbaud Financial Edge, Educational Edge and Raiser Edge). * Point of Sale systems. * Fundamental understanding of Networking Concepts (protocols, Physical connectivity,etc.). * MS SQL server performance tuning. * Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects. * Team oriented to instruct others on the use of the databases clearly and effectively. * Understanding of gift accounting, Web based data collection, and data importing/exporting. * Proficiency in Crystal Reports * Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.=20 * Effective organization, communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong Troubleshooting and Debugging Skills. * LDAP experience * Experience with MAPI Applications, Horizon POS and Notifylink
