| abstract | - The CR90 Corellian Corvette, also known as the Blockade Runner for its common use in breaking through naval blockades, is a uniquely fast starship designed by the Corellian Engineering Corporation. The ship itself, like many craft designed and manufactured by C.E.C., is heavily modular; everything from its weaponry to its cargo holds to its vital systems can be retrofitted and customized for mission profiles. However, its armor is thin relative to other ships in and above its class. A version of the Corvette that sees common usage throughout Alliance fleets wields two Dual Turbolaser batteries to engage starships and four rapid-fire laser cannons (linked in groups of two), to destroy TIE craft and other fighters. In combat, use the Corvette's speed and agility to your advantage. Remember that you can easily outrun the sluggish Carrack Cruiser, and also relatively easily maneuver your craft so that her torpedo launchers are unable to target you. Also keep in mind that if there's a Gallofree with you for repairs, she only possesses two thirds of your speed. Don't leave her behind!
