  • The gloves provide 50% experience bonus while training on the Ranged skill. In addition, the gloves provide up to 300% bonus to experience if players train while in the Wilderness. The gloves only last for somewhere around 1000 shots of use, and disintegrates after the uses expire. Sacred clay equipment will lower the brawlers to around 500 shots. They provide no Attack or Defence bonuses whatsoever. Using these brawlers along with Sacred clay armour at the black demons under Edgeville prove to be the greatest amount of experience per use.
  • Brawling gloves (Ranged) (also known as Ranged brawling gloves) are obtained as a rare drop from Revenants in the Forinthry Dungeon, the Chaos Elemental, as a drop from the rare drop table or by pickpocketing Cadarn workers in Prifddinas. Since an update, instead of charges the gloves have approximately a 300,000 experience cap on extra exp gained. As this cap recognises exp buffs, expending them in the Wilderness only uses charges faster for no increased gain. It is recommended to consume them during normal training. They provide no Attack or Defence bonuses whatsoever.

When wielded, 50% XP boost is given at the entrance or outside of the Wilderness, with the buff increasing to 300% (4x the experience) at level 47 Wilderness just south of the fence. Most XP modifiers stack multiplicatively with the gloves (i.e. Clan avatars gives up to 106% XP and Brawling gloves are 300% XP, for a total 424% XP). The gloves do not work during Double XP weekends or with the Enlightenment aura.
