The user can also link their senses with the clones to experience things as if they were actually fighting, giving it a high resemblance to the Six Paths Technique. The clone can take the form of pure diamond dust, which is rather obvious. Or, the dust can take the form of the user. When doing so, the dust becomes more lively, having flesh and an actual body. Like the Wood Clone, this clone cannot be told apart by any Dojutsu. Only a person with Rinnegan and Diamond Dust would be able to see through it. The clones can be as simple in function as a hardened, petrified, ceramic dummy for use in the Body Replacement Technique or completely mobile and able to perform techniques. They have the ability to travel far from the user and are able to communicate with the original. A weakness of the clone technique is the power of the clones are proportional to the power the user focuses on the clones. In the event the main body is busy fighting elsewhere, the clone would be unable to fight with it's full potential. However, if the original body focuses on the clones then it doesn't impede or inhibit the clones even if there's a large number of them being created. When using these clones, they can be used similarly to the Six Paths Technique and the Wood Clones. The user uses them not as a clone, but rather as an extension of themselves, so with that, the chakra isn't divided upon them in a set amount, it's a dynamic stream of chakra. If the user ever stopped the chakra, then the clone wouldn't disperse, but rather be limited to using only Taijutsu, or manipulating the dust it's comprised of to attack others. This technique is also classified as Space-Time Ninjutsu, because similar to the Flying Thunder God Technique and the Substitution, the user can switch places with their clone(s) instantaneously or instantly teleport to them, even in dust form.
