| abstract | - Gabriela Sanchez, also known by the nickname Gabby, was a woman who lived in Hill Valley in the 20th century. On April 15, 1986, Gabriela and her niece were nearly run over when the second DeLorean time machine arrived from 1997 with the Yugo time machine. The older professor Marcus Irving wanted to stop Marty McFly and Doc Brown from stopping his younger self from using the stolen flux capacitor to finish converting his Yugo GX into a time machine, and he doesn't care if anyone gets killed in the process. Marcus realized that he had become a person that he no longer viewed as himself, as his older self was willing to commit murder. Marcus slammed the flux capacitor into the android that was about to attack Gabby and her niece. The older Marcus Irving realized he was almost a murderer. As he faded from existence, he commented that he is happy for the man he once was, and the man he could become. The androids and the steel plated Yugo time machine faded from existence, and Marcus tried to explain that he was a scientist and claimed that the androids that faded from existence were holograms. Gabriela introduced herself, and her niece, Maria. She thanked Marcus for saving her life, and asked Marty and Doc who they were. Marty and Doc reply that they are Marcus Irving's friends. Which Marcus replies that they are probably his best friends, who helped him in a moment of crisis. Some time later, Gabriela went on a date with Marcus at Shanerburger. Marty and his girlfriend, Jennifer Parker wondered what would happen to Marcus, and Doc commented that he hoped he returned the Yugo to the authorities as not everyone can be trusted with unlicensed nuclear reactors. Gabby and Marcus finished their date, and Marcus helped Doc repair the DeLorean so he could travel back to 1893, to be with his family.
