| Synopsis | - A new costumed criminal named Chancer appears on the scene in Gotham. He is being pursued by Nimrod the Hunter who possesses a suit which grants him the power of invisibility. Upon crossing paths with Cat-Man, Chancer is given the opportunity to join the villainous organization known as The Misfits. The group is headed by Killer Moth and in addition to Cat-Man and the newly recruited Chancer, also boasts the membership of Calendar Man. Wishing to escape their "second-class" status within the Gotham Underworld, Killer Moth announces their plan to ransom three Gotham individuals for $10,000,000.00. Their intended victims? Mayor Krol, Commissioner Gordon, and Bruce Wayne.
