  • Disarm Trap is a dexterity based skill which gives you a chance based on your skill level to disarm traps when you step on them. Disarming a trap simply removes it from the game. If you're a follower of Mani of Machine you may gain some materials. This skill is particularly useful if you have several allies with you, as it protects them from activating the traps as well.

Disarm Trap is far better as Knock alternative, as it may be cast on every door as a precaution; doing so will remove the trap if it was actually present. Disarm Trap will also remove any open pit regardless of how it was created .
  • Sneak up on the trap in order to disarm it. Don't get too close or the trap will go off.
