After several years of training in its use, Osamu is able to activate the effects up to 30 seconds after striking the target, giving him ample time to strike more. If more adjacent tenkutsu are struck, the effects double in the overlapped tenketsu, increasing the chances of permanent damage. Through Chakra Flow, it can use used through weapons.
