  • File:Compendium Button.png The Compendium is a client feature released only for the Tibia 11 client on June 20, 2017 that features information on different topics about the game. The major use of this feature is that players can use it to obtain information that was previously only available in the official website without leaving the client. Its content is automatically updated when the client is started, which means it can be updated by CipSoft without the necessity of a client patch. It is currently divided into five categories list below, but more entries will be added in the future.
  • The following topics are part of the book: * Foreword * History of Britannia * Travelling guide * Runescript * , commerce * The classes * Adventuring as a party * Cosmology * Reagents * and * Bestiary * Magic The book was written from an in-game perspective. At the time the book was written, Britannia was at war with the gargoyles, therefore portraying them in a negative light. Also, much of Lord British's point-of-view permeates the text. As a whole, it is well-written, very detailed, and versatile.
  • In the chapter "Of Rumors and Writing" in Inheritance, Eragon writes his own small compendium, realizing how useful it would be.
