| abstract | - Tenken was born to a loving family in a small village located outside of a Otogakure post. He was the eldest of three with two younger sisters. Tenken wanted to be a ninja since he was young, much like his father who was a skilled shinobi and a strong kenjutsu practioner. His young life changed when he was around seven years old. Yoshitsune Uchiha and Yorinori Uchiha had begun their battle and as it progressed, both brothers activated their Susanoo and became mobile. The two, mostly from the unstable Yorinori's pushing, entered the small town and the battle continued. The two Susanoos caused the small village to collapse and had killed all of villagers present at the time. Tenken had returned from a small fishing trip to see the two warrior clash and leave the ruins as there battle raged. Tenken ran into the destroyed town to find his father, mother, and his two sisters all killed by the debris, being either crushed or pierced by the wood and metal of buildings and tools. Tenken, breaking down into tears at the loss of his family, decided to kill himself from the pain of losing everything he held near and dear. Taking his deceased father's sword, he attempted to commit suicide by his father's beloved blade, bu it had shattered against his flesh. Tenken looked down to see his skin had turned into metal, and discovered his abilility to use Steel Release. Taking this discovery as a sign, Tenken began to train himself to grow stronger, and eventually found himself in Kusagakure. At first he was fearful of the village and its old reputation of hating bloodlines, but found it had changed and even accepted the young child in. Tenken would join the local academy and showed great skill, quickly graduating and rising in ranks as he continued to grow more. As time would pass, Amegakure grew in power and would soon take over the weaker village. Tenken had grwon accustomed to power gaining, and would take this moment to move to Ame after proving his worth and swearing his allegiance to the village in order to grow more powerful to one day meet his lust for killing Yoshitsune.
