First, they used the Force to turn some of the clones to their side. Then they destroyed the Command Center, and then killed the clones on their side - fearing they would turn against them. Then they captured a Food Storage House, and protected it for some days. That made the enemy clones weak, since they didn't get much to eat. After that, they captured the two Mech Factories and begun producing dwarf spider droids and Homing spider droids. Then, they easily eliminated the rest of the Republic forces on the station.
