Years later, Damuhn was hired to kill Kara Beviin, an assignment that he happily agreed to and carried out with zeal, not only killing his intended target but many others of her kind in a gruesome massacre. When her son Kyram heard of his mother's death, he angrily confronted Taen and killed him on Atalia.
