Biography
  • D.J. Hoelze is a former NASCAR driver from Dunedin, FL. He competed in two Busch Series events in his career and one in the Craftsman Truck Series. Busch Series Hoelzle made his Busch debut in 1999, racing at Myrtle Beach. Starting 23rd in the field, Hoelzle slid to last , competing just three laps before an engine expired. Hoelzle returned to the Busch track in 2005, racing for Means Racing at ORP. Starting 36th in the field of forty-three cars, Hoelzle was able to complete all but five laps before sliding to 31st. Craftsman Truck Series Hoelzle returned only one race in this series, coming in 2001 when he raced at Richmond.
