  • A film crew is on location in Africa. Two women on the set have been kidnapped by pirates, but they're able to escape their captors by horse. One of them is attacked by a lion as the other gallops away. During the night, the stand-in actress, who was attacked by the lion earlier, has become lost. As she is climbing up a high cliff, she is confronted by several English speaking apes who seize her. They drag her into a large English castle. Meanwhile, the other actress, who was on the horse galloping away, is taken back to her kidnappers, the pirates. Immediately, the English speaking apes descend upon the pirate's camp. A confrontation ensues, and the apes take the woman away by force. Tarzan, who has been searching for the two women, sees the decimated campsite and asks what happened. After being told about the apes, he climbs up the high cliff wall. He spots the actress in a cavern and challenges the screaming ape that hovers over her. He throws his foe over the cliff and takes the woman back to the film set. He then heads back up the cliff and discovers the English castle. Inside, he finds the other woman in a prison cell. An elderly mad scientist approaches them and introduces himself as "God." He relates his origin and how the apes are able to speak. He then tells them that dinner will be soon and he will be eating Tarzan! The repulsive man then departs and the two decide to make an escape. God is not pleased by their attempt, and he orders several apes to seize Tarzan. He becomes overwhelmed by them and falls to the floor. As the apes continue hitting Tarzan, God takes the woman to his side and screams for his apes to burn Tarzan alive. To be continued. Adapted from Edgar Rice Burroughs' novel, TARZAN AND THE LION MAN.
  • Diagnosed with a brain disorder, a doctor gives a man one more year to live. Now living life with a death wish, the man goes to Africa to be a jungle adventurer, much like his hero Congo Bill. Reprinted from .
