- The Watchtower is the name of a Metropolis loft apartment used by Chloe Sullivan to coordinate superhero missions for Clark Kent, Green Arrow, and their team of heroes. The Watchtower was Jimmy Olsen's wedding present to Chloe, which she eventually decided to use as her base for bringing the heroes together and watching over the city after Jimmy was murdered. After some temporary absences, Chloe Sullivan decided to work as Watchtower permanently, working as a journalist by day, assisting heroes with her computer skills by night.

- The Watchtower is a special agent appearing in my conception of BTD6. It is placed on the track, and stops bloons from moving. They will attack it to get through. Its like Road Spikes, but MUCH better. It can take 50 hits. Each type of bloon deals different damages. They are listed below. It costs 300 MM. Its Pro is unlocked after placing it 40 times(10,500 MM). It looks like a stone tower with a monkey in it. Only one bloon can attack it at once, and every bloon that hits it loses all properties. (Camo, Regrow, Ghost). Note: Each bloon attacks once per two seconds.
- In the Watchtower heroes can find vendors for buying high caliber armor, missions to earn marks for the purchase of top tier armor and weapons, as well as teleporters to all the in-game cities. The Watchtower also acts as a safe zone for heroes as only heroes are allowed to visit it and there are no enemies located there. The Watchtower can be visited by teleporting there directly from your map, by using one of the teleporters in any of the police stations across any of the cities, or from a teleporter found in the south of Gotham City.
- One of the first structures to fall at the initial Chrell Invasion of Earth, was the Justice League Watchtower. However, after the defeat of the Chrell, a young Ree-Van, whom is now known as the new Superman, moved the ruined husk of the Watchtower away from the Earth and placed it in orbit around Jupiter's moon Europa. Once it was completed, Ree-Van moved the Watchtower into an orbit on the Dark Side of the Earth's Moon, where he has finally revealed himself to the world as the new Superman, and vowed that he will bring the Justice League back to life with Heroes both old and new.
- They are armed with twin 20mm automatic railguns able to pierce through most infantry armor and even destroy light vehicles given enough time. The railguns rest safely on an elevated platform 30 feet above the ground. With an IR spotlight and a next generation sensor package, the watchtower is capable of detecting stealth units in addition to its role as an anti-infantry defense. In addition, its programming prioritizes enemy infantry, so that its efficiency is maximized against enemy forces consisting of both vehicles and infantry.

However, the watchtower needs to aim and fire a burst at every individual member of a squad (as opposed to the shotgun-like Shredder turret or the indiscriminate razors of the Buzzer Hive) so it has limited effectiveness against large groups of enemy infantry such as Nod Militants. However, the Watchtower is able to fire over structures, making Watchtowers placed behind obstacles very difficult to remove with just infantry. It can be upgraded with special Armour piercing ammunition, increasing lethality especially against heavily armored troops such as the Black Hand, Enlightened, and Commando.
