It appeared in the Season 12 episodes, The San Dominick (episode) and Parental Guidance Suggested (episode). It appeared in the Season 13 episode, Saviors (episode).
  • The AK-47 is an assault rifle that appears in Scarface: The World Is Yours, it becomes available and is used by several enemies after the Downtown turf is unlocked, but is used much earlier, first during the combat tutorial, and by enemies during the mansion shootout. The weapon can be purchased from an arms dealer for $700, ammo for $150 each clip and can be modified with a double magazine attachment and a Remington 870 Shotgun underbarrel. Tony's Driver carries this rifle, along with a MAC-10. Tony takes one during the final battle in Sosa's mansion, and uses it to kill Sheffield, Gaspar and finally Sosa himself, unloading it on him, finishing the bolivian drug lord once and for all.

  • AK-47 - Is that gun that all the bad guys in the movies carry. Especially the Vietnam War movies. Even the Vietnam movies that were made by liberals who hate our troops and wanted to cut-and-run from Vietnam. It is a nasty device, invented by the Soviets for killing good Americans and for terrorism. It is used by terror cells and harvested from the sands of the desert. In one of Clint Eastwood's good movies, you know before he became became a liberal wuss pansy, he said, "it has a distinctive hammer recoil and is the preferred weapon of your enemy who is trying to kill you." I'm not sure what a hammer recoil is but it sounds cool. It's also mentioned in a bunch of rap songs. They're probably loading the thing's with cop-killer bullets. However, if we could get one, that would be really cool. Like, seriously. Image:WWTS1sted1.png "AK-47"is a part of Wikiality.com's dictionary, "Watch What You Say". For the full dictionary, click . • This weapon is used in Resident Evil CODE:Veronica, found in the Antarctic Base armory by Claire Redfield. With its ammunition supply measured in a percentage, one spare magazine of 50% can be found in the ruins of the research center by Chris Redfield. Chris can also find the gun in the Antarctica Facility in the room with the Magnum and Detonator. It is also known to be the main weapon of the Umbrella Security forces. This weapon fires very quickly, but is slightly weak, usually taking more rounds to kill a zombie compared to the Handgun. This weapon can be used as a replacement for the Handgun if the player prefers to conserve ammo for it. It can also be used as a back-up weapon in a battle with Nosferatu if the Sniper Rifle's ammo has ran out. The weapon is used by Claire in her alternate costume in the Battle mode and it has infinite ammo.
  • The AK-47 assault rifle was a Soviet-built machine gun manufactured from 1947 to the 21st century. It had the distinction of being the most widely used and distributed military firearm in the world. The Libyan terrorists had access to these guns and brought one along on a mission to kill Emmett Brown for stealing plutonium from them. Arriving at at Twin Pines Mall, they successfully gunned down Doc with the AK-47, but once it was pointed at Marty McFly it jammed. After several attempts to unjam the gun, the gunman resorted to using a rocket-propelled grenade, though their Volkswagen Station Wagon crashed into and totaled a Fox Photo booth in the mall's parking lot before they had an opportunity to fire it. One of the drive-by shooters who opened fire on the Strickland residence in 1985A — namely, the one who shouted "Hey, Strickland!" — also used an AK-47 (Norinco Rifle type 56).

  • The AK-47 is a selective-fire, gas-operated 7.62×39mm assault rifle, first developed in the USSR by Mikhail Kalashnikov. It is officially known as Avtomat Kalashnikova (Автомат Калашникова). It is also known as a Kalashnikov, an "AK", or in Russian slang, Kalash. Design work on the AK-47 began in the last year of World War II (1945). After the war in 1946, the AK-46 was presented for official military trials. In 1947 the fixed-stock version was introduced into service with select units of the Soviet Army. An early development of the design was the AKS (S—Skladnoy or "folding"), which was equipped with an underfolding metal shoulder stock. In 1949, the AK-47 was officially accepted by the Soviet Armed Forces and used by the majority of the member states of the Warsaw Pact. The original AK-47 was one of the first true "assault rifles" to be manufactured, after the original Sturmgewehr 44. Even after six decades the model and its variants remain the most widely used and popular assault rifles in the world because of their durability, low production cost, and ease of use. It has been manufactured in many countries and has seen service with armed forces as well as irregular forces worldwide. The AK-47 was the basis for developing many other types of individual and crew-served firearms. More AK-type rifles have been produced than all other assault rifles combined. Firing the 7.62×39mm cartridge, the AK-47 produces significant wounding effects if the projectile tumbles and fragments in tissue; but it produces relatively minor wounds when the projectile exits the body before beginning to yaw or does not yaw or fragment.

After Hank dispatches some grunts, he flicks the switch from "Semi" (semi-automatic) to "Mega," making the rifle fully automatic. It also appears in Madness Combat 5: Depredation inside the car which Sanford and Deimos drive when they give Hank his dragon sword. It has appeared in nearly every animation since. It's most recent redesign is in Madness Combat 7: Consternation, where a stock has been added to the gun. The AK-47 is also an automatic rifle featured in Madness Interactive and is able to kill a regular foe with two shots to the body. Although the AK-47 does not appear in Madness: Project Nexus, its smaller 5.45mm counterpart, the AK-74, does.

  • The AK-47 is a fully-automatic assualt rifle that makes its debut appearance in the Call of Duty: Black Ops Nazi Zombies trailer for Ascension. If you look closely during the trailer you can see Nikolai Belinski holding it very briefly in the scene that also shows the chalk mark for the Sickle. However, it is available in the Nintendo DS version of Black Ops and is only available via the Mystery Box. It has low recoil and great accuracy, but it's low effectiveness on zombies will make the player want to trade it for a better weapon. It has an upgraded version, also availible in PC files, though the weapon itself cannot be PaP'd. It is called the Red Mist. Its damage is currently unknown but it has a 45 round magazine and having an attached flamethrower. This is the second, and only time the flamethrower seen in Nazi Zombies, the first being the M2. It would also appear to be the 3rd of the assault rifles with an underbarrel attachment, shown by the lack of flamethrower in game. It makes it's debut into main story zombies, in Mob of the Dead, available for 950 points at the Mystery Box.

  • The AK-47 is a Tier 4 Assault Rifle available in the game Wasteland 2, based of the real gun called the AK-47 made during the cold war and used to this day.
  • The AK-47 ("Avtomat Kalashnikova Model 1947") is a classic symbol of popular revolution and the spread of Communist influence during the Cold War. Used by over eighty countries and used in countless conflicts since its inception. Since then, it has gained a reputation as a tough and reliable weapon (also made infamous from its use in most terrorist organizations due to its low cost and ease of acquisition), capable of surviving the worst combat can throw at the gun (as long as the weapon isn't actually damaged) and being easy enough to operate and clean as to be used by children. The two most common variants of the AK-47 are the AKM (this is the updated version of the AK-47 and the rifle that was put into widespread production and issuance) of Russia and the Type 56 of China. The AKM uses a gas operated rotating bolt, using the gasses produced by the bullet when fired to drive the bolt back and load another round. This allows the weapon to be fired in semi-automatic or fully automatic modes. The AK-47 and most of its variants fire the 7.62x39mm round, a shortened variant of the standard rifle round used by the Soviets in World War II. Much like the rifle, the ammunition is also one of the most commonly used in the world, used by a variety of different weapons such as the Type-81 Assault Rifle and the RPK Light Machine Gun (itself a derivative of the AK-47). An AK (the term will be used henceforth due to the mass of variants), like any weapon in a Zombie Outbreak scenario, has its merits and its disadvantages. The advantages of the AK are its durability, reliability in adverse conditions, as well as having easy upkeep, and the easy availability of its ammunition. However, the 7.62x39mm will not usually fragment in flesh like the 5.56x45mm NATO of the M16 Assault Rifle, and it is less accurate at "long" ranges, about 300 yards (274.32 meters). The 7.62x39mm loses its speed quicker, although the 7.62x39mm will cause more damage at long distances where the 5.56x45mm NATO will fail to break apart. It is also heavier than an M16 (11 pounds as opposed to the M16's 8 pounds) and its ammunition is also heavier. The weapon also has a much shorter sight radius than comparable firearms, limiting the precision with which the weapon can be aimed. The AK is common in the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and South America as a military weapon. In most other societies though, the AK is likely restricted to a semi-automatic civilian version, if not completely banned altogether. Most modernized armies, including Russia, China and several Eastern European countries have replaced the AK entirely with newer and more accurate rifles. If you do decide to use the AK against the undead horde, try to aim low, as the battle sights are meant for greater ranges. Due to the weapon's high recoil, keep the selector switch on semi-automatic mode, or try to keep your fire restricted to short bursts or else you will fire right over the heads of the undead, and waste valuable ammunition. If you are unsure of headshots, aim for their legs. The powerful round will likely severely damage muscle and bone, and thus restrict their movements and give you ample time to escape or give follow-up shots.
  • It was often copied, or modified into unique weapons such as the Chinese Type 56, the Israeli Galil, the Finnish RK-62, AKM, the RPK machine gun, and more modern variants, such as the AK-74 and AK-12. It was first put into service with the Soviet Armed Forces and other nations of the Warsaw Pact, and is still in service with many countries today. It became a cultural icon, not just used widely by some paramilitary and guerrilla forces, but also had an effect that has made it popular in some action television programs, films/movies, printed media, and video games. The AK-47 fires the 7.62x39mm M43 cartridge, typically from a 30-round magazine at a rate of fire of approximately 600 rounds per minute, up to an effective range of 350–400 meters.
  • The AK-47 is a 7.62 mm assault rifle developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov in two versions: the fixed stock AK-47 and the AKS-47 (S—So skladnym prikladom) variant equipped with an underfolding metal shoulder stock. Design work on the AK began in 1944. In 1946 the rifle was presented for official military trials, a year later the fixed stock version was introduced into service with select units of the Red Army (the folding stock model was developed later). The AK-47 was officially accepted by the Soviet Armed Forces in 1949. It is also used by the majority of the member states of the former Warsaw Pact. The AK-47 was also used as a basis for the development of countless many other types of individual and crew-served firearms. It was one of the first true assault rifles and, due to its durability and ease of use, remains the most widely used assault rifle in the world. The model is very low detail and, strangely enough, is significantly larger than it should be, being two-thirds as long as Carl Johnson is tall.* GTA III (2001): The GTA III version of the weapon is mostly accurate, but appears smaller than it should be. It is an AK47 WASR, as it has the iron handle. *GTA IV (2008): The version ingame is the AK-47. Its size is accurate, as is the magazine size and overall performance. The AK-47 is quite powerful, yet it is not as accurate as the M4 Carbine.Locations *Saint Mark's, Portland Island - In a secluded area behind Cipriani's Ristorante. • AK-47 (Abreviatura de "Ayтoмaт Kaлaщниkoбa 47 -Avtomat Kalashnikova Model 1947-") Kalashnikov o "Cuerno de Chivo" es un modelo de arma sovietica creada como fusil de asalto, que aparece en Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto Advance, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories (bajo el nombre de AK-47), Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories (bajo el nombre de AK), Grand Theft Auto IV (bajo el nombre de Rifle de asalto), Grand Theft Auto IV: The Lost and Damned, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, (bajo el nombre de Fusil de asalto), Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony y Grand Theft Auto V (bajo el nombre de Fusil de asalto).

  • The AK-47, or AK 47 in game, is a weapon in Jagged Alliance: Back in Action. It replaces the AK-74 from the previous games.
  • The AK-47 (shortened from Russian: Автомат Калашникова образца 1947 года, Avtomat Kalashnikova 1947) is a gas-operated assault rifle designed by Mikhail Kalashnikov, and produced by Russian manufacturer Izhevsk Mechanical Works and used in many Eastern bloc nations during the Cold War. It was adopted and standardized in 1947.[2] Compared with the auto-loading rifles used in World War II, the AK-47 was generally more compact, with a shorter range, a smaller 7.62 × 39 mm cartridge, and was capable of selective fire. It was one of the first true assault rifles and remains the most widely used. The AK-47 and its numerous variants and descendants have been produced in greater numbers than any other assault rifle and are in production to this day.[3] Legal Status [USA]] Private ownership of fully-automatic AK-47 rifles is tightly regulated by the National Firearms Act (NFA) of 1934. The Gun Control Act of 1968 ceased importing of foreign-manufactured fully-automatic firearms for civilian sales and possession, effectively halting further importation of civilian accessible AK-47 rifles. In 1986, an amendment to the Firearm Owners Protection Act stopped all future domestic manufacture of fully-automatic weapons for civilian use. However, machine guns manufactured domestically prior to 1986 and imported prior to 1968 may be transferred between civilians in accordance with federal and state law. Several Soviet and Chinese rifles made it into the U.S. during the mid-1960s, when returning Vietnam veterans brought them home after capture from enemy troops. Many of these were properly registered during the 1968 NFA amnesty. Nevertheless, several states have laws on their books outlawing private possession of fully-automatic firearms even with NFA approval. Certain semi-automatic AK-47 models were banned by the now-expired Assault Weapons Ban of 1994–2004. [Canada] In Canada, the AK-47 and variants are illegal for purchase, acquisition, or import, the sole exceptions being the Valmet Hunter, the Valmet Hunter Auto and the Valmet M78 rifles which are based on the AK-47 action.[25] However, as with many gun issues in Canada presently, the particular issue of "grandfathered" AK-47 rifles remains unclear. [Europe] Much of Western Europe has enacted comprehensive national firearms laws which prevent the lawful ownership of AK-47s or variants thereof. The United Kingdom, for instance, has outlawed, through the Firearms (Amendment) Act 1988, semi-automatic centerfire rifles (See Gun politics in the United Kingdom for more complete information). It is possible to own AK derivatives in the UK provided they have been produced as "Manual Straight Pull" rifles which need to be manually cocked after each shot. This involves a modification to the weapon to essentially remove the gas system by permanently closing the gas port above the barrel (may also involve the removal of the gas piston). In Norway it is forbidden[26] for civilians to possess any form of fully automatic firearm unless a special permit is issued. Similar laws are in force throughout most of Europe. [Australia] In Australia, the purchase of semi-automatic centerfire rifles has been effectively banned since 1996 (See Gun politics in Australia for more information), and therefore AK-47 rifles, even in semi-automatic form, are not allowed. However, as the 1996 laws covered only high-capacity magazines, shotguns and rifles, AK-47s in pistol configurations remain legal for purchase in Australia. [Mexico] In Mexico, its possession is of the exclusive use of the Mexican National Army. The federal firearms and explosives law prohibits the civilian possession of this category of weapon in its Article 11.[27]. However the AK-47, known as "Cuerno de chivo", is widely used by the criminal organizations. [Illicit Trade] Throughout the world, the AK-47 and variants are among the plethora of commonly smuggled small arms that are sold to governments, rebels, criminals and civilians alike, with little international oversight. This trade ensures a ready supply of inexpensive weapons to a number of conflicts, including (but certainly not limited to) the Balkans, Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia. In some countries that are recovering from war or that are at war, prices for AKs are very low. In Somalia, Rwanda, Mozambique, Congo and Ethiopia, among others, prices are between $30–$125.

  • The AK-47 (official Soviet designation was, however 7,62мм автомат Калашникова (АК), roughly translated as the 7,62mm caliber Kalashnikov's automatic rifle (AK) ) is a simple assault rifle, inexpensive to manufacture and easy to clean and maintain. Its ruggedness and reliability are legendary. The large gas piston, generous clearances between moving parts, and tapered cartridge case design allow the gun to endure large amounts of foreign matter and fouling without failing to cycle. It is chambered for 7.62x39mm rounds and uses 30 round magazines. While the intemediate round could not pierce tank armour, the rifle have an option of mounting 40mm GP-25 underslung grenade launcher (introduced only recently before the onset of GWW2) whose grenades could damage the tank to some extent. The rifle was the mainstay of the Red Army's rifle infantry squads (as well as the rifle infantry squads of Soviet allies among other nations) during Great World War II, and served to great effect, thanks to its rugedness and reliability even in the harshest of environments. After the Great World War II newly reformed Soviet Army adopted the updated version of the rifle, known as the AKM to become its main service rifle. The improvements included the reduced weight of the gun as well as more accuracy when firing single shots or short bursts - due to specially aded simple, yet effective slant muzzle compensator. AK-47 and its derivatives (AKM included) remained in use with Soviet and later Russian Army, many other national armies and in the hands of various militia. Prior to First Tiberium War AK-47s were generally replaced in service by more recent GAU-3 Eliminator rifles or later - Cobretti AR-70s & File:RA1 Gameicon.png

  • The AK-47, possibly the most famous weapon ever created, was designed by Mikhail Timofeyevich Kalashnikov during the close of World War Two. Since the Russian Army adopted it in 1947, it has been exported to all corners of the globe, and been copied by the Chinese, Polish, Czechs, and countless other nations. the AK model line survies even today, with the AK-103/108, a testament to the rifle's unfailing reliability. The AK-47 fires a 7.62mm bullet, giving it more than enough stopping power to take down most hostiles. The AK as modeled in Far Cry is, like the real version, reliable to a fault. new models will fire thousands of rounds before failure, making it one of the most reliable weapons in the game. The AK can be found easily in the first map, where it is common among enemies. In the second map, however, it is phased out in favor of the FAL and AR15 assault rifles. Through searching and exploration, it is possible to find several golden AK-47s, an easter egg that is a refrence to the Nicolas Cage movie Lord Of War, where Cage's character has an identical AK-47 made for an African warlord. These special AK's have the wooden stock removed and feature a reflective gold finish on the metal parts, as well as polished wooden furniture. These unique rifles have slightly higher health than the regular AK, along with the appeal of carrying a 'golden gun'.

  • The AK-47 is a selective-fire, gas-operated 7.62×39mm assault rifle, first developed in the Soviet Union by Mikhail Kalashnikov. It is officially known as Avtomat Kalashnikova (Автомат Калашникова), AK, as opposed to the Western -47 designation. It is also known as a Kalashnikov, or in Russian slang, Kalash. The original AK was one of the first true assault rifles to be produced and put into service, after the Sturmgewehr 44. Despite being introduced over half a century ago it (but mostly its simplified cousin AKM) is still in wide use due to their durability, low production cost, and ease of use, and has gained notoriety as it was, and still is, commonly associated with insurgent, guerrilla and terrorist organizations all over the world. While the Kalashnikov was first developed during World War II, it wasn't until the early 1950s when the Soviet Army adopted it as their service firearm.
