abstract | - Chef's Otto's Popovers 1/4 pound butter 1 quart milk 4 cups flour 12 eggs 1 t. salt Soften butter, add to eggs in mixer. Add salt and whip until foamy. Add flour and milk alternately on slow speed of mixer, then mix until smooth. Coat custard cups with butter and pour batter in 3/4 full. Bake in 350 oven until golden brown.
