  • Crocea Mors, "Yellow Death," is the sword of Julius Caesar, first invented by Geoffrey of Monmouth. It was supposedly forged by Vulcan himself and given to Aeneas by the goddess Venus. Found by Caesar, it was carried by him until he met the Briton, Nennius, in combat. Caesar struck Nennius, but the sword got stuck in the helmet of the Briton. Caesar had to abandon the sword, which was used by Nennius to great effect until his death about fifteen days later. It is said in the Historia it was used to inflict incurable and inevitably fatal wounds. Caesar loses it in the first battle with the British when it becomes lodged in the shield of the British prince Nennius. In Geoffrey's account, it is emblematic of the problems the Romans have with the British.
  • Crocea Mors is Jaune Arc's signature weapon. Jaune states that it was passed down from his great-great-grandfather, who used it in the Great War.
  • Crocea Mors (Latin for "Yellow Death") was the name given to Julius Caesar's sword, according to the legends presented by Geoffrey of Monmouth. In Middle Welsh versions, it is called Angau Coch ("Red Death") or Agheu Glas ("Grey Death"). The British prince Nennius acquired it when, during single combat with Caesar, it got stuck in his shield. It killed everyone Nennius struck with it. Nennius died fifteen days after the battle of a head wound inflicted by Caesar, and the sword was buried with him.

When the True Name is released, after the first automatic, clean hit, Luck Checks occur until one fails. An additional attack is bestowed on each consecutive success, creating a super consecutive attack. In regards to close combat, there is no doubt it has the power to search and destroy (I came, I saw, I conquered). However, Caesar doesn't really like drawing this sword.
