  • The Deep Ocean is a Gunlance type Weapon
  • The Deep Ocean was a sea on the planet Tython that was home to Mahara Kesh, the Temple of Healing for the Je'daii Order. In 36,453 BBY, one of the Tho Yor pyramid ships brought Force-sensitive pilgrims to the Deep Ocean and settled into the waters, and over the years the pilgrims—who formed the Je'daii Order—built Mahara Kesh around the Tho Yor. Squid-like creatures, wide-mouthed eel-like fish, and several other species of smaller fish were among the creatures that inhabited the Deep Ocean.
  • This location is unusual from previous locations because it was the first that required Blue Shovels to dig. Every player gets 5 free shovels a day which will expire if not used that day. Additional shovels cost Playfish Cash (CC): 3 shovels for 1 CC, 25 for 7 CC, or 50 for 12 CC. Note that if you bought Blue Shovels and have some left in your inventory, you will not get the 5 free shovels that day. You have to use up all shovels in order to get free shovels. This may be an oversight on Playfish's part, but so far it hasn't been corrected.
  • Deep Ocean is a ninth-generation smart AI. It is not known at this time exactly how long her life expectancy is, due to only recent recovery and reverse engineering of Forerunner technology, but it is much longer than most AIs. She was created around the core of a Forerunner AI and bolstered by programming from an older AI, Cortana. There is much that is unknown about how she will function. It has been seen that her personality is developing slower than most conventional AI, but her skills are more mutable, and prone to evolution.

It is not known at this time exactly how long her life expectancy is, due to only recent recovery and reverse engineering of Forerunner technology, but it is much longer than most AIs. It has been seen that her personality is developing slower than most conventional AI, but her skills are more mutable, and prone to evolution. This is held as evidence as to her appearance, which does not seem to have set definition as of yet. It distorts constantly, but keeps a general female shape. Her color does not seem to follow emotion, like most AI. Ocean is and remains to this day the only truly "unlocked" ninth generation AI, her processes and growth not restrained as normal. It is currently unknown what affect this has had on her, nor is it now how extensive and powerful her network is.
