During one of Chuck's first cases, Case 1-2: Alive on Location, he must reach the hotel to find Rebecca Chang to attempt to clear his name of any wrongdoing in the city's recent zombie outbreak. Later on, one of the hotel's guests is in need of assistance. Europa Westinghouse accidentally locked herself out of her room and ventured to the lobby for help, only to find it overrun with zombies, rendering her vulnerable. Another woman, Lillian Payne, makes her way to the hotel roof after being separated from her mother and is on the verge of suicide if she is not reunited with her.
