His daughter left him and taking the high-tech satellites capable of destroying electronics anywhere on the planet using a focused electromagnetic pulse. The President intends to use the system to destroy America's enemies' "ability to function", and eventually dominate the world. He hires Snake Plissken to recover the weapon and orders him to kill his daughter. He later tried to kill Snake in front of a live broadcast tv. Later, Snake reveals to be a hologram . Later Snake gets even with the President by shutting down the planet thus destroying the President's dream of ruiling the world.
