| abstract | - Neutrax is a survivor of the planet Dryad in the later half of the 30th century. He has the peculiar ability to mentally negate things, including super-powers and brainwave activity. His legs were crushed during the destruction of the planet Dryad, and he used an anti-gravity chair to move. Neutrax and several other child survivors of Dryad were too young to understand what happened and were badly traumatized by the death of their world. Their young minds absorbed the terror of evacuation, horrific scenes of the destruction of the planet, and the prominence of six colorfully-garbed figures - members of the Legion of Super-Heroes - ordering them to leave their homes. Neutrax and the others became fixated on those six Legionnaires, blaming them for the destruction of Dryad, and formed the League of Super-Assassins with the aid of the Dark Man, in an attempt to kill the Legionnaires. After their attempt failed, the Assassins were imprisoned on Takron-Galtos, but later escaped and joined Nemesis Kid's Legion of Super-Villains.
