  • The 2007 AT&T 250 was a Busch Series event held at Milwaukee on June 23, 2007. The margin of victory may not prove it, but the race was very intriguing. Aric Almirola won the pole for the second straight year, filling in for Denny Hamlin while Hamlin was practicing in Sonoma. The plan was for Hamlin to start the race, but when his helicopter was late for the race, Almirola got the start. But sponsor Rockwell Automation wanted Hamlin in the race, so Hamlin fell a lap down after a driver change on lap 57. Hamlin then got on the lead lap nearly a hundred laps later and drove through the field to a stunning victory.
