Synopsis
  • The battle between the cosmic killer Massacre and Superman continues, causing much destruction. Eager to photograph the fight, Jimmy Olsen leaves Lucy Lane in the care of a group of female bystanders. These young women invite Lucy to join them in their band, the Riot Grrrls. Superman gets the upper hand against Massacre, but then the villain's skimmer takes the cheering Lois Lane hostage at gunpoint. The Man of Steel gets the drop on the skimmer, but seriously injures him in the process. Massacre claims that he wants to stop the battle so that he can find medical care for his faithful clean-up man. Superman agrees, and Massacre departs. In space, Massacre, with his skimmer floating away lifelessly behind him, is gleeful at having gained a worthy enemy in Superman.
